Too bad they don't see bunny rabbits because I'd bring him here too but we know our Sheltie couldn't be in better hands.
I started bringing my pets here because when we moved back home, Twinbrook had the prescription pet food we needed for my cat in stock and was only 20 minutes away. 15 years later I'm am still grateful we found them.
My dog would have died if I hadn't rushed him to get additional care. Sub par, incompetent, scary for how little responsibility they showed in a situation that could have killed my sidekick of more than a decade. Run don't walk from this clinic
They've taken impeccable care of my fur babies over the years. This past year we had to say goodbye to our cat when he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I can't thank Twinbrook enough for helping us through such a difficult time.
Horrible. I WAS a regular client. They have let me make payments before, and the bills were paid on time and in full. So three days ago I noticed my dog had begun to get kind of sick. As each day went on he started to become more and more lethargic. He stopped eating food, started drinking a lot of water which he wasn't able to hold down. I called twinbrook I told them what was going on and that I wasn't getting paid until THIS friday. I asked if they would please see him and I would pay them FRIDAY, as I didn't feel he was going to make it until Friday. (Which they have done before!) They told me no. I was able to borrow money and get him seen the very same day Tuesday. I get there and eventually they diagnosed him with diabetes it was the WORST THEY HAVE EVER SEEN! There reader goes up to a blood sugar level of 600, his was so high ye machine wasn't even able to read it. By the time they were done it was 8 pm. She wrote him a prescription for insulin, and told me I would never make it to the pharmacy before they closed. I would have to go the first thing in the morning and give him a shot of insulin. Well my dog passed away at 4:30 am Wednesday. They didn't even offer to find somewhere else that could keep him overnight to monitor him, and the claim to have a pharmacy at their location! And I talked to my new vet who says most vets keep medicines like that for emergency! They did nothing to help my baby knowing how SICK he was even stating if I wouldn't have brought him i would have woke up and found him dead within 24 hours! They charged me $300 and did nothing but push a bag of fluids into him in 10 minutes. They don't care about your animal! The ONLY THING THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY! I called the next morning to see how much it was to get him cremated which was $285! (He weighed 60lbs) but the lady on the phone was rude and inconsiderate about the situation and didn't even say she was sorry for my loss. If I was you I would NOT bring your animals here!
Very disappointed with the vets office. They say they do complimentary nail clippings and ear cleaning at their yearly visit. I even have the doctor tell me in a voice mail message that these services are "complimentary" but at my cat's yearly visit they told me his ears needed cleaned but did not do the cleaning. Instead I was charged $28.00 for a small bottle of ear clearing solution. I have been going to this vets office for over 20 years but since the doctors have changed it is very disappointing. At my cats yearly visit, we waited over an hour to have the doctor actually come into the room. My cat was actually getting sick from waiting so long. Poor patient care. I had to choose one star on this review, but I would not even give it one star.

We have brought our dog here since we brought him home from the shelter. They take great care of him and have always been kind and patient with him and his fears of the vet.
